This website is operated by The Mailbox Drop, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Mailbox Drop.
By accessing this website, using our services, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on this website.
Online Store Terms
You may use this website and our products and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, or use the website in a manner that infringes the rights of another person or organization.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service or orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.
Products, Drops & Availability
The Mailbox Drop creates and sells limited-edition releases, small-batch objects, artist-made pieces, printed works, and other creative products.
Many of our products are produced or assembled in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and a product or Drop may not be reproduced after it sells out.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities available for purchase.
- Establish per-customer or per-order purchase limits.
- Discontinue products or Drops.
- Correct errors in product descriptions, availability, or pricing.
- Change product offerings or prices before an order is placed.
Any applicable purchase limit will be displayed on the relevant product page or during the ordering process.
Handmade & Artist-Made Products
Some of our products are handmade or produced in small batches.
We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. However, colors, dimensions, materials, printing, shape, texture, finish, handmade elements, and other characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions.
These variations are part of the nature of handmade, artist-made, printed, and small-batch products and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Where individual pieces vary significantly, or where the particular item you receive is selected for you, we will explain this on the relevant product page.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice before an order is placed.
Payment must be successfully completed through an available payment method before we can process an order.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other charges will be displayed or handled as described during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not prevent us from correcting genuine errors or cancelling an order where reasonably necessary.
We may cancel or refuse an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory discrepancies, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, violation of an applicable purchase limit, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
Our Shipping Policy describes processing, shipping, delivery estimates, available destinations, and related matters.
Where we provide an expected shipping timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to ship within that timeframe.
Delivery dates provided by carriers after shipment are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, customs processing where applicable, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe stated when you placed your order, we will handle the delay, cancellation, and any applicable refund in accordance with applicable law.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because many of our Drops are limited, handmade, artist-made, or produced in small quantities, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our Return & Refund Policy contains the complete terms governing returns, damaged or defective orders, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been placed.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, except where cancellation or another remedy is required by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The Mailbox Drop name, logos, branding, website design, original written content, and other materials created and owned by The Mailbox Drop are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without our permission.
Artwork, photographs, illustrations, written contributions, designs, and other creative works displayed, published, sold, or distributed in connection with The Mailbox Drop may remain the intellectual property of the individual artists, photographers, writers, designers, or other rights holders who created them.
The Mailbox Drop’s display, reproduction, sale, publication, or distribution of those works does not imply that The Mailbox Drop owns the underlying copyright or other intellectual property rights unless expressly stated.
Purchasing a product from The Mailbox Drop gives you ownership of the physical item you receive but does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, commercial-use rights, or other intellectual property rights in the artwork, design, writing, photography, or other creative material associated with it.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell copies of, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected creative material from The Mailbox Drop without authorization from the applicable rights holder.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment processors, shipping providers, social media platforms, and ecommerce technology providers.
We are not responsible for the independent practices, content, or availability of third-party websites or services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms, this website, or purchases from The Mailbox Drop will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts serving Daviess County, Kentucky.
Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or rights available under applicable consumer law.
