Overview
The Mailbox Drop creates limited-edition collections in small quantities. Each edition is carefully assembled and shipped from the United States.
Because some editions may be offered before final assembly is complete, shipping timelines can vary by edition. Any edition-specific shipping estimate will be shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
Order Processing
For editions that are ready to ship, orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
For pre-order editions, the expected shipping timeframe will be provided on the product page. Production and assembly may continue after orders are placed.
You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes
United States
Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and shipping service.
International
International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local postal service. Estimated delivery information, when available, will be provided during checkout or with your shipping confirmation.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Available shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order.
From time to time, The Mailbox Drop may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs procedures may also delay delivery. The Mailbox Drop cannot control or predict customs processing times.
Limited Editions & Multiple Orders
Each Mailbox Drop edition is intended to arrive as a complete collection. We do not ordinarily ship individual pieces from an edition separately.
If you purchase multiple editions or products with different release dates, they may be shipped separately.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us at support@themailboxdrop.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments
If your shipment appears to be delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at support@themailboxdrop.com with your order number.
We may ask you to confirm your shipping address, check with household members or neighbors, or allow additional time for a carrier delivery scan to resolve.
Where appropriate, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the available resolution.
Because our editions are produced in limited quantities, an identical replacement may not always be available. If we cannot provide an appropriate replacement for an eligible lost shipment, we may issue a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order is damaged, incomplete, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@themailboxdrop.com as soon as possible and preferably within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
