THE MAILBOX HAS FILED A COMPLAINT.

It started with a perfectly reasonable idea.

We wanted to send people art.

The mailbox had concerns.

We asked for clarification.

The mailbox declined to elaborate.

We explained that its primary responsibility was to receive mail, not participate in creative decisions.

This did not improve relations.

A formal complaint has since been lodged.

We have requested a copy.

Apparently, it was sent by post.

It has not arrived.
