Your contribution should feel personal, curious, and uniquely yours.

We are not looking for one single interpretation of discovery. We are looking for the different perspectives that make each edition meaningful.

Your contribution will become part of a limited physical collection created to be discovered, shared, and treasured by collectors around the world.

For this edition, please submit the following:

• Your primary creative work inspired by the theme of Discovery.

• A creator letter sharing the story, inspiration, or meaning behind your work.

• Any supporting materials requested for your specific contribution.

Every piece adds a unique perspective to the collection. Together, these individual contributions create the story of each edition.

To ensure every contribution fits beautifully within the final collection, please follow the production requirements provided for your specific assignment.

These may include:

• File formats and dimensions
• Print specifications
• Physical materials
• Packaging requirements
• Naming conventions and delivery instructions

Your creative vision remains the priority. These guidelines exist to help every contribution work together as part of one cohesive edition.

Please keep the following timeline in mind as you prepare your contribution.

• Creator confirmation: Your participation is confirmed once you accept the invitation and agree to the project terms.

• Creative development: Allow time to explore your idea, create your work, and prepare all required materials.

• Submission deadline: September 30, 2026

• Review and production: Following submission, the team will review contributions and prepare the final collection.

We will communicate any important updates, approvals, and production details throughout the process.

By participating in The Mailbox Drop, you grant permission for your contribution to be included in the specific edition for which it was created.

This may include:

• Inclusion in the physical collection
• Display on The Mailbox Drop website and promotional materials
• Social media features supporting the edition and creator collaboration
• Future editorial features related to the collection

We believe in protecting the relationship between creator and collector. Any use of your work will be connected to the story of the edition and your contribution as an artist.

Specific licensing terms and agreements will be provided as part of the creator onboarding process.
